Tamagotchis to Star In Movie
The craze of Tamagotchis has never really waned since their 1997 debut. Now it seems they will be starring in their own movie, which will probably debut this December. Over 40 million have been sold from the original Bandai Company and the current Namco Bandai America. Distributed by Toho, the movie will feature several of the pets who befriend a human girl. We remember losing our Tamagotchis’ lives several times after forgetting about them, so at least these will live in celluloid forever.
